Parasol currently commercializes Parasol Elite Power-branded products through qualified joint venture and OEM manufacturing partners. This provides immediate access to established production capacity while Parasol develops a phased U.S. manufacturing footprint. Our strategy combines near-term speed to market with long-term domestic manufacturing, stronger supply-chain control, and improved project bankability.
OEM and Joint Venture Supply
Current
Parasol-branded products are manufactured through established joint venture and OEM partners to support current customer demand, Sandy Mush, AI data center projects, and other energy infrastructure deployments. This provides the fastest path to market while domestic facilities, certifications, capital, production systems, and workforce programs are prepared.
U.S. Battery Manufacturing
Target: Q2 2027
Parasol plans to begin domestic manufacturing of LFP and sodium battery products for battery energy storage systems, AI data centers, industrial microgrids, solar-firming applications, and behind-the-meter power systems. Domestic production is intended to improve supply control, financing readiness, product availability, and resilience for U.S. projects.
Broader U.S. Manufacturing
Target: Q4 2027
Parasol plans to bring additional energy infrastructure product lines onshore where commercially and technically feasible, including natural gas generation, biomass systems, pyrolysis equipment, carbon capture technologies, transformers, and supporting power-system components. Timing remains subject to facility readiness, capital, certifications, partner agreements, warranty requirements, and market demand.
Committed to California's Central Valley
Parasol Elite Power plans to establish deep roots in California's Central Valley by building manufacturing, management, and technical operations around the region's workforce and industries.
We intend to work directly with local dairy operators, agricultural producers, processors, and industrial businesses to develop energy solutions adapted to the Central Valley's needs. These may include dependable behind-the-meter power, battery storage, biomass and agricultural-waste utilization, pyrolysis, carbon capture, and resilient power for farms, dairies, processing facilities, factories, and rural operations.
As Parasol brings manufacturing onshore, our goal is to recruit, train, and develop a local workforce for factory production, engineering, operations, administration, and management.
