Capture Carbon. Recover Water. Generate Value.
Parasol Elite Power's integrated carbon capture system removes CO₂ at the point of generation — turning emissions into a recoverable resource while producing clean process water as a byproduct.
Behind-the-Meter Carbon Capture
Our carbon capture module attaches directly to Parasol generation assets, intercepting flue gas before it reaches the atmosphere. The system operates under EMS control, scales modularly with your generation footprint, and produces both captured CO₂ and purified water — two commodities with growing market value.
How the System Works
Flue Gas Intake
Exhaust from natural gas generators or turbines is routed into the capture module. Pre-treatment removes particulates and conditions the gas stream for absorption.
CO₂ Absorption
A solvent-based absorption column strips CO₂ from the flue gas stream. The lean gas — now significantly decarbonized — is safely vented or recirculated.
Solvent Regeneration
The CO₂-rich solvent is heated in a regeneration column, releasing concentrated CO₂ and restoring the solvent for reuse in a closed-loop cycle.
Compression & Storage
Captured CO₂ is compressed to pipeline or storage pressure. It can be sequestered, sold as industrial feedstock, or used for enhanced oil recovery.
Water Recovery
Condensate from the regeneration process is treated and recovered as clean process water — a valuable byproduct in water-scarce deployments.
System Capabilities
Post-Combustion Capture
Attaches to existing generation assets without modifying the combustion process. Compatible with natural gas reciprocating engines and aeroderivative turbines.
Water Recovery System
Recovers clean process water from the capture cycle. In arid or remote deployments, this water output can offset significant freshwater procurement costs.
EMS-Controlled Operation
Fully integrated with the Parasol Energy Management System. Capture rate, solvent flow, and compression are automatically optimized against generation load.
Modular & Scalable
Capture capacity scales with generation footprint. Add modules as generation assets expand — no redesign of the base system required.
CO₂ Utilization Pathways
Captured CO₂ can be directed to enhanced oil recovery, industrial gas supply, greenhouse agriculture, or permanent geological sequestration.
Carbon Credit Ready
System telemetry and capture data are structured for third-party verification, enabling monetization through voluntary and compliance carbon markets.
CO₂ Utilization Pathways
Captured CO₂ is not waste — it is a commodity. Parasol's system produces pipeline-grade CO₂ that can be directed into multiple high-value end uses depending on site location and offtake agreements.
Enhanced Oil Recovery
Inject captured CO₂ into depleted reservoirs to increase hydrocarbon recovery while permanently sequestering the gas underground.
Industrial Feedstock
Supply CO₂ to food & beverage, chemical manufacturing, or materials production facilities as a direct revenue stream.
Greenhouse Agriculture
Enrich greenhouse atmospheres with captured CO₂ to accelerate crop growth — particularly valuable in co-located controlled-environment agriculture.
Geological Sequestration
Permanently store CO₂ in certified geological formations for compliance carbon credits and net-zero reporting.
Water Recovery Byproduct
The capture cycle produces clean process water as a byproduct of solvent regeneration. In remote, arid, or water-constrained deployments, this recovered water offsets freshwater procurement costs and supports on-site operations.
Carbon Credit Monetization
Parasol's capture telemetry is structured for third-party MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification). Verified capture volumes can be registered on voluntary or compliance carbon markets, generating a direct revenue stream from decarbonization.
